What is the Warranty Policy for the Premium package?
Our Warranty covers accidental damage or loss for 12 months from purchase, with one claim per frame and one per lens. Replacements are free if the same model is available; otherwise, we provide an equal-value option or allow upgrades with a fee. It doesn’t cover prescription changes due to medical conditions. Proof of purchase is required, and claims are processed with a minimum 14-day processing time.
How does the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?
If you’re unsatisfied with your progressive lenses after a prescription redo (confirmed as a lens issue), we offer credit note for lenses and/or frames. The guarantee is valid for three months from purchase. Frames are covered only for manufacturing defects. Claims require a form detailing your concerns, and approval is at our discretion.
